CSV and report

Export history (CSV) is Free. Export Keel Report needs Pro; the library's explanation remains readable without it.

Settings Data

Open Settings › Data to choose the exported copy. This is separate from viewing Progress.

Settings Data rows Export history (CSV) and Export Keel Report with the report's Pro lock.
Settings separates the Free CSV history from the Pro report bundle; the share sheet lets you choose where the exported copy goes.

Export

  1. Tap Export history (CSV) for the log-history file, or Export Keel Report for the report bundle.
  2. Wait for the share sheet.
  3. Choose where to save or share the copy. Cancel if you do not want to send or save it.

Understand the files

History has ten columns: Logged at, Status, Routine, Category, Administration, Scheduled for, Dose, Injection site, Notes, and Timezone. It is a copy of recorded data, not a new entry in your history. The Routine column uses the current name while the routine exists and the stored historical name after deletion.

The report

Keel Report contains one text report and five CSV files: history, side effects, blood panels, inventory adjustments and program-plan revisions. It is not a PDF. The text opens with its title, generated timestamp and an explicit statement that the record does not interpret values or provide medical advice. Some sections need records to appear; absence of a section is not a clinical conclusion.

What changes

Choose where your copy goes; export does not delete the source records.

On Free, the report row is locked. Export errors are shown instead of a successful share sheet.

Notes

  • An exported file is separate from future edits. Choose a destination you control. The two Progress panels illustrate the Pro trend and by-routine breakdown; the basic Progress sheet is Free.
